For years, my life looked successful on the outside, but beneath the surface I felt anxious, unfulfilled and never truly satisfied, despite dedicating loads of effort into things that brought me joy and made me feel good. I had built a career as a firefighter, achieved things I was proud of and created businesses, yet I still felt like something was missing. Eventually, I reached a point where I knew I couldn’t keep living the way I was. I had to completely rethink what success meant to me and learn how to create it from the inside out.

That journey led me to coaching, personal transformation and a much deeper understanding of the connection between who we are, how we live and what we create.

Now I coach high achievers to build a spacious life and scalable business that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside, combining personal transformation, business strategy and practical tools to help you create success, your way.

My Coaching

I wish I’d had someone to help me see that success isn’t just about achieving more, working harder or ticking all the right boxes.

For years, I believed that if I could just get everything on the outside right, I would finally feel successful, fulfilled and happy. Then, as I immersed myself in coaching and psychology, I swung to the opposite extreme, believing that everything had to come from within.

Eventually, the penny dropped: it wasn’t either/or. It was AND.
